Khunsa is a Product Designer from Pakistan, now based in Berlin.
My background in Visual Communication taught me to think about how things look, but product design got me thinking much more about how things work. I enjoy understanding a problem, figuring out what people actually need, and turning complicated ideas into simple, easy-to-use experiences.
I've worked across different kinds of digital products, from everyday interfaces to complex systems with a lot of moving parts. I like getting involved from the early stages, asking questions, exploring different directions, and seeing an idea slowly become something real.
I still bring my visual side into everything I design. For me, a good product should make sense, feel good to use, and have a reason behind every choice.
I've spent six years in-house and on contract, mostly as the first or only designer. That means I do the research, run the system, and sit with engineers while it gets built. I'd rather ship something imperfect and watch it than perfect a file nobody uses.
